- Retired service members and their family members can't enroll.
- You can enroll online, by phone, or by mail.

* You need a Common Access Card, DFAS (MyPay) Account, or a DS Logon to log in to the Beneficiary Web Enrollment website.
Family Member Coverage
Family members can enroll if they're:
- On accompanying orders
- Command-sponsored
If you have a baby overseas, your baby is covered by TRICARE Prime for the first 120 days after birth, but you must take steps to enroll your child to continue TRICARE Prime after the first 120 days. Learn more about enrolling your baby.
When Coverage Begins
Your coverage begins when your completed enrollment application is received.
Starting May 21, myAuth will begin replacing DS Logon for milConnect access. Learn more about the myAuth transition.
Attention TRICARE Users: myAuth will roll out in phases. This will start with milConnect and ID Card Office Online on May 21. Over time, all DOD applications that use DS Logon will transition to myAuth.
To download an enrollment form, right-click and select to "save-as" or download direct from the WHS Forms Page. For enrollment, use your region-specific DD-3043 form.
